This is an State of Art Construction having PT (Post Tensioned Slab and Beam) which has drastically brought down the column in numbers, beyond this slab thickness is 375mm which is not a regular practice in the industry. The basement of the building has undergone several soil strengthening measures such as micro piling , short screting and soil nailing.

This building constitutes of basement, ground floor, mezzanine and 5 upper floors, having ornamental show room at the ground and mezzanine floor, rest of the floors for their administrative blocks along with their Director's cabin. In this building a cut out at 5th level is incorporated to accommodate a tree at 4th slab level. Other ancillary works such as Sump Tank, STP Tank and Lift are to be executed by us.
