This is a Global Bio-Pharmaceutical company with presence in more than 120 countries. They are into businesses of generics, bio-similars, research services and novel biologics. Our scope of works includes D5 peptide API manufacturing facility of G+3 upper floors, external piperack, tank farm.
This building has shop floor consisting of 1,98,900 Sft. and office block consisting of 38300 Sft. of which we are executing part of RCC structure, structural steel works, all the civil finishes like VDF flooring, masonry, plastering and tiling along with the waterproofing is being executed in full.
It is a US based company, they are leading suppliers of connectors and interconnector components. This unit consists of Main Building with ancillary units of which we have taken up the ETP block construction, ground plus one upper floor having built up area of 49,000 Sft. with the height of slab at 6.5m.
This is a France based company which is into Interconnectors and Wires manufacturing. It is having RCC frame to a height of 6.00 Meters for shop floor, in addition to this an office block with RCC is in place.
It’s a UK based company, they are into manufacturing of industrial work wear, clean room garments and clean room consumables. This is design build project with built-up area of 35,000 Sft. Our part of execution includes complete PEB and civil works. Other ancillary works such as roads, drains, STP, ETP and HSD yard are being executed by us.
